Our team is committed to providing an excellent, personalized, comprehensive dental care experience for you. Your first visit to Dr. David or Dr. Michael Marcus typically includes a thorough exam, x-rays and a professional cleaning. During the examination we will check the health of your mouth, teeth, gums, cheeks and tongue. The x-rays we take will allow Dr. Marcus to view old restorations, tooth decay, wear, malformed roots, and if any teeth have not yet erupted.

Please complete the form below and bring to your appointment.The initial visit also involves getting your medical history. When you share your medical history with Dr. Marcus, be sure to provide complete, up-to-date information on your health. Inform Dr. Marcus if you have experienced recent hospitalization or surgery, or if you have recently been ill. Also tell Dr. Marcus the names, doses, and frequency of any medications you are taking — whether prescription or over-the-counter products — and the name of your physician. Inform Dr. Marcus of any changes in your health or medications. This information will help him to select the most safe and effective method of treatment for you.
Consultation
After Dr. Marcus has evaluated your records, we will discuss any follow-up treatment with you in detail, including the fees associated with your treatment.
